Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. General Policy
The ₹50 participation fee for promotional challenges (such as the ₹50 Challenge) is non-refundable under normal circumstances.
By making payment, you acknowledge and agree that this fee is a nominal entry contribution and not a product/service purchase.
2. Cancellations
Once a participation entry is submitted and payment is completed, cancellations are not permitted.
If you choose not to participate after payment, the fee cannot be refunded.
3. Refund Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered in the following rare cases:
Duplicate Payment: If your account is charged twice for the same transaction.
Transaction Failure: If the payment is deducted but the participation entry is not successfully recorded.
Technical Errors: Verified payment gateway or server issues that prevent registration.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund (in exceptional cases), email us at support@upalmart.com within 7 days of the transaction.
You must provide:
Transaction ID
Payment receipt/screenshot
Registered email/phone number
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Participation fees once confirmed are non-transferable and non-refundable except under the conditions listed above.
Rewards, vouchers, or prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. General Policy
We deliver products (including promotional rewards, sarees, dhotis, jewellery, and other merchandise) across India.
Orders/rewards are shipped to the address provided by the customer during registration or checkout.
By placing an order or participating in promotions, you agree to our shipping terms.
2. Processing & Dispatch Time
Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days after confirmation.
Promotional rewards (like sarees/jewellery) are dispatched within 7–10 business days after winner verification.
During festivals, sales, or promotional campaigns, processing may take longer.
3. Shipping Methods & Timeline
We partner with reliable courier services (e.g., DTDC, India Post, Blue Dart, etc.).
Standard delivery timelines: 5–12 business days, depending on the delivery location.
Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.
4. Shipping Charges
For Purchased Items: Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
For Rewards & Prizes: Winners will receive their items free of cost (no shipping fees).
5. Tracking Orders
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
You can track your shipment through the courier partner’s website/app.
6. Undelivered / Returned Shipments
Shipments may be returned to us if:
The address provided is incorrect/incomplete.
The recipient is unavailable during delivery attempts.
The package is refused at delivery.
In such cases:
For purchased products: Re-delivery may be arranged with additional shipping charges.
For rewards/prizes: Re-delivery will be attempted only once after contacting the winner.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we do not ship internationally. Our services are limited to addresses within India.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order/reward arrives damaged or with missing items, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@upalmart.com with proof (photo/video).
Replacement or compensation will be handled case-by-case.
Return & Exchange Policy

At Upal Mart, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions listed below.
⚠️ Note: Promotional rewards, vouchers, and complimentary gifts (such as sarees/dhotis/jewellery won in the ₹50 Challenge) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Only purchased items are eligible for return/exchange.
Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be:
Unused and unworn.
In original condition with tags, packaging, and invoice.
Free from stains, perfume, or damage.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Rewards or complimentary gifts.
Discounted/clearance items (unless defective).
Items customized or altered for the customer.
Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive products.
4. Process for Return/Exchange

Order ID
Reason for return/exchange
Photo/video proof (if product is defective/damaged)
Our support team will verify and approve the request.
Customers must self-ship the product to our return address (unless defective, in which case shipping will be covered by us).

Approved refunds (for eligible returns) will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item passes quality check.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

6. Exchanges
