5. Promotional Challenge Participation

To participate in the ₹50 Promotional Challenge, users must complete the registration and payment process through the official platform at deal.upalmart.com.
Each entry is linked to a unique transaction ID.
Multiple entries are allowed, provided each is registered separately.
Participants receive a Special Membership Voucher (10% discount) valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

6. Selection Process (Promotional Reward)

All valid participants who have successfully entered the ₹50 Promotional Challenge within the campaign period will be eligible for the Promotional Reward.
Entries will be accumulated on a weekly cycle, beginning Monday (00:00 hrs) and ending Saturday (23:59 hrs).
A winner (or winners) from each weekly cycle will be declared on the following Sunday from among all valid entries received during that 6-day period.
Winners will be determined through a computerized random selection process, conducted internally by Upal Mart in a fair and transparent manner.
The selection process will be supervised and documented by Upal Mart’s campaign team to ensure compliance with fairness standards.
Names (or initials) of selected winners may be published on Upal Mart’s official website and/or social media handles for announcement purposes.
All decisions made by Upal Mart regarding winner determination and announcement shall be final, binding, and not subject to further dispute.

7. Shipping & Returns

Products purchased directly from Upal Mart will be shipped as per our standard delivery timeline.
In the case of rewards, shipping costs (if applicable) will be borne by Upal Mart unless otherwise stated.
Returns and exchanges for purchased items follow the Upal Mart Return Policy. Promotional rewards are not returnable or exchangeable.

8. Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to:

Suspend or terminate participation of any user violating the rules.
Modify, cancel, or reschedule the Promotional Challenge at our discretion.
